Has your boss made your life a living hell?, Does he criticize you every day at work? Is doing the job has become extremely difficult?

Many male and female managers do bossism because they want to command, control their coworkers. They want to show up their upper hand and some even want to play the game only they can win.

People feel stressed and tired when they hear complaints, are ignored for their effort and hard work they put in. we often see and experience some managers who prevent or create obstacles in the way of promotion. In most of the work places we often see these types of bully managers.

Understand that you have a problem which can be overcome with some tactics. Also this is a common problem that most people encounter at work places.

The bossy Manager often makes his or her employee feel helpless Intimidated and humiliated. They love to insult other coworkers and it negatively impacts their wellbeing.

Most of the people know that they are dealing with a tempered but most of them fell overcoming the nasty manager and making their work life smoother happier.

In few cases, Bossy Managers feel insecure in their position which lead to micro management and some posses’ lack of experience with that leads to poor team handling and difficult situations.

Few bully bosses go further and target sub ordinates for their incapability and unproductiveness. You need to understand the nature of your boss his temper, his psychology and then act accordingly.

2. Keep Calm, Keep Going

Follow these techniques to deal with dominating reckless managers

Tactic 1 – keep your discussion short and straight forward, don’t involve in any sort of heated discussion. Heated discussions may create more trouble for you.

Tactic 2 –Usually, people go loud, when they get interrupted by other people. They try cornering other people. Don’t get into situations that can lead to escalation. Don’t be the center point of the discussion. Do not land in situation where your boss gets a chance to yell at you.

Tactic 3 – If your boss criticizes your every work, gently ask for the problem, and discuss your issues and concerns and their attitude. Take it as a common issue and never let it affect your attitude.

3. Plan Your Escape

You have to be smart and strategic while dealing with a nasty boss. Learn how to cope up with his behavior.  Start thinking carefully on how to deal with the situations, also plan for a new job if things get worse.

Before you put the strategy to work, consider few factors. You have to learn the dynamics of ignoring the toxic boss.

4. Make Sure You Heard

Set boundaries.  If you set boundaries and decide when and where to engage with the person, you can control much of that person.

Never involve in struggle with your boss. It’s not going to help in any way, rather it worsens the situation even more.

Don’t share secrets with the fellow workers, usually people share their deep secrets with others just to see their momentarily interesting and they frequently judge what gossip is behind their backs.

5. Give Your best even in a vulnerable situation

Give your best even in a hurting situation. If you feel that you are insulted, criticized, undervalued for all the hard work that you don’t let it out. The “Keep going” attitude can help in building stronger persona, manage your emotions and give your best results.

The hard work you put in, the patience you build, the skills and experience you acquire by doing your work will never go waste. These skills carry out as your personal asset and can help you to find your next job too.

Just be careful while talking to them, any wrong word, handling can make your toxic boss angry.

If you are in a group of people you can ignore them. This case works when there is plenty of people around, sometimes ignoring will not work.

6. Identify Each Moment

Find ways to manage and influence your boss,  do some intelligent gathering about your boss, try find out what he likes and what he don’t, what are his favorite things, does he admire someone at the office what are the things that inspire him etc.

You are not trying to flatter him, don’t even try that, If you do so, that may create a new problematic situation where other coworkers misunderstand and loose cooperation.  You have to be smart and intelligent to carefully find out what your boss likes and that will make you understand their perspective.

Once you gathered your boss’s likes and dislikes, it’s time to act on it.  From now on whenever the opportunity comes in, you can deal it in a better way by encouraging, supporting and talking about his strengths and positivity can definitely improve your situation.,
